Best Cell Phone Camera? (Verizon, USA)

I hate to admit it, but if I really want a camera "always" with me, it should be a cell phone. My 640x480 no-focus Treo is just about done for this Winter... so, being bound to eternity to Verizon (Upstate NY) -- what is the best practical cell phone with a decent camera built in?

Don't say you're waiting for full-frame! lol

Nokia N96 has a CZ Tessar lens (and a really tiny 5MP sensor). But I bet you could get a deal on a 3MP model now.
