I'm a little underwhelmed by a lot of the photographs to be truthful ... and I find it sad that war or the effects of war always features so heavily in these types of images.

I guess that's not about to change though!

True ... but even the war photos listed lacked real impact for me. I suppose there's a fine line between what has impact and what can be regarded as senasationalism!

Tell me if you disagree, but #10 looks absolutely fake. The main crowd behind the front rows of people looking down looks added in to me. Of the rest, underwhelmed. I've seen better stuff this year on my flickr contacts page.
