Well-known
Just thought I'd give a big thumbs up for this exhibition at the Science Museum in London. I was completely absorbed for an hour and a half and could happily have stayed longer given the number of prints on show.
Part curated by Tony Ray-Jones influenced Martin Parr, who has a section of his own early Black and White work in the show. It's split into three sections, the first are Tony Ray-Jones own prints, a little small and dark in my opinion, but rewarding nonetheless. The middle section are Martin Parr's digital prints [which I wouldn't be able to differentiate from Fibre base prints], followed by a selection by Martin Parr of TRJ's work, again larger digital prints.
£8 for entry but well worth the money and time if you can get there.
