... with plenty of 2011 left to screw up even worse.
I had mine today. It's been a since summer that I had used my Fuji GW690iii. Today was gorgeous so I packed it on my bike basket with a small tripod and some Rollei Ortho 25 for a trip to the lake.
Nice ride, nice colors, great light. Simply beautiful.
Just developed the roll and,..... nothing. Well almost nothing.
Put in a dud roll to check the shutter. You know listen to the speeds. Oh! there is the problem.... A fat dark red R25 filter on the front.
Ortho is not interested in any light that filter might let through. Had to laugh and had to share.

I've made so many in the past it's hard to think where to start. I think my most common to date is closing the back on the camera & the leader not secured to the take up spool. Only to find out when the film fails to stop after frame 37. Now I watch the red dot at the wind up lever.

Sold all my Nikon F / F2's this spring. Bought them all back and more, for more money, and not as nice as the one's I sold, this fall.

Oh ouch! Any chance of repair?
I suppose you can find a spare part from Krimar.

I was at the Pike Place Market on Friday and there was a guy blasting away with his new digi-cam. I watched for a minute or two and then had to let him know the lens cap was still on. I had to chuckle...at least he did not shoot a full roll of film.
Best regards,
