This is one of the newer Billingham bags and is, essentially, a Hadley Large bit with a few extra centimetres "depth" from front to back, allowing for larger SLRs, MF and DSLRs to be accommodated - whilst attached to a large lens.

I became aware of this bag at the end of last year and struggled to find a stockist that had one to "try" to see if it would do what I needed. I tend to vary between Nikon F6/battery pack, Nikon D800 and Hasselblads. Having recently upgraded my Nikon lenses to 14-24mm/f2.8, 28-70mm/f2.8 and 20-200/f2.8, I was struggling to find a shoulder bag that would take those - plus one (or both) of my Niikon bodies.

Pleased to report that the Hadley Large Pro will do so and have room for film, cloths, batteries, phone, notepad, etc......

Anyone looking for a seriously good large shoulder bag with great looks and ergonomics, this is worth considering.

Ah, thanks, Paul. Very timely post as I have very similar needs and my Hadley Pro is just a bit too "thin" for some things!:)

It would be nice if there was a "top handle" like the Hadley Pro has.
Good to know a 13" MacBook Pro fits. :D

Thanks for posting. Interesting bag, with possibilities.
Bellingham makes good stuff.

I have the Hadley Pro and Hadley Small and I really like both bags but I prefer carrying the Bare Bones Bag instead of the Hadley Small because the Small does not have a handle like the Large.

... I've had the Hadley Pro for years. It was starting to look a bit grubby a few years back, so we put it through the washing machine's gentlest wash-program and it came out like new, dried in no time completely free of dust and lint.

The only wear on the thing is to the fabric on two of the lower corners .. and that's probably my fault for sliding it along with my foot when I'm queuing
