I sure hope so. I just thought that it was hilarious, given the "price reduced" statement.

I saw that. I thought typo too, but if he meant $1140 BIN then how could the start price for bidding be $1200? Weird.

As keith stated, the seller probably meant $1400 USD- the $1200 figure makes sense in this situation
