Biogon does not match Kiev 4 mount, Why?

Hi,
I'm interested in a Biogon 35mm 2.8 lens SN 11326XX, but It does not match my Kiev4.
If you could give me some info on this... Is this prewar? Can I change the lens flange using a J12 to mount in my Kiev?
