Over a period of time I seem to have got a lot of cameras and general gear. At my age I realise that I'm never going to use most of these - a case of past dreams never to be realised.

Looking through the items in my cupboard I see I have an:

Olympus OM-4Ti body.

It doesn't have batteries so I can't give it a full test but it does fire on B and 1/60. Condition isn't bad - no obvious dings or scrapes, the mirror looks OK and although the black enamel is a bit rubbed on the back, it's in generally good cosmetic condition.

So who would like it as a present?
You will have to reimburse me postage but that is all.

I think it will have to go to UK or EU members because of the postage costs, but who knows.

So here is an OM-Ti looking for a good home, one where it will be used rather than be a paper-weight.

If you are interested, and are of good member standing (LOL), then reply here and send me a PM.

Happy Birthday!

That is a wonderful offer and very generous....

Happy birthday Jesse! This is very nice from you. I would love to have that camera, I had OM2 and it was really nice camera but I gave it to my brother. If you are willing to send it to me I would be really really happy. I live in Croatia and I shoot on film most of the time

This is very generous. I have sent you a PM about the OM4Ti. Happy Birthday and kind regards -- Martin

I have an OM-4 that I don't shoot enough of, but were I in Europe, I would be all over this just the same. The Ti reputation is stellar.

Very generous offer! Happy birthday, and many more to come!

A coworker uses an OM2n. That was actually my first exposure to the OM series. I have a feeling I would have been hooked on them if I'd know about the cameras earlier. By the time I was shooting, everything was Nikon and Canon SLRs.

Very generous offer! Perhaps the recipient could send a few prints from the camera in return. 🙂

Happy birthday!

Yes, very generous of you, John. And exemplary. I have practiced similar giveaways with books and other things of value on occasions of leavetaking, but not yet with cameras. I will keep your stellar example in mind, though, and will imitate it when the time is right...

Am giving this about 24 hours so that RFF guys around the world have a chance to comment or respond. I've already been made aware that its possible for people living far away to arrange UK collection or pick-up.
