black and white temp to look difference?

question for all you darkroom enthusiasts, lovers, and pros.

is there any difference in the look of the film if its processed at different temperatures but still all in accordance with the recommended times?

for example, will 1600 exposed film processed in D76 at 18C for 9 mins be the same in look as 26C for 4mins? (these are the recommended fujifilm times)

if it's not the same how does it differ?
does film developed at higher temperatures show more contrast than a film developed at lower temps even at the same recommended times?
