You often hear the example of photographing a black cat in a coal mine when photographers talk about metering techniques. I always wondered who the heck would want to photograph that!
Well, today on PetaPixel I saw a few pictures that immediately brought to mind the infamous dark feline living where he shouldn't be. Made me smile and think that if you are going to photograph black subjects in the dark, you better have some strobes at hand!
