We have a Millennium Nikkor-S 50/1.4 serial number registry already, so here's the S3 2000 and S3 2002 serial number registry (I've called the S3 Limited Edition Black the "S3 2002" to differentiate it from the "S3 2000". 2002 is the year it went on sale). First one is: S3 2002 (black): 302151
