Black Out M3 VF

I've been offered an aesthetically nice M3 SS however the VF has totally blacked out. I suspect decementing of the RF. the price offered is around $200. Is it worthwhile to buy it and send to YY for a proper CLA and replacement of the RF/VF?

That is exactly the condition of M3 DS when I got it. The seller did not put that in his description. In my case the prism has split and the silver has mildly oxidized. I was lucky that Youxin was able to so his magic. He said mine had 50% chance only. He then warned me NOT to take M with dark finder. Failing which, it's completely junk and parts only. The replacent RF unit is more expensive buying a good working M.

My advise is DONT BUY unless you got money to burn.

Yeah, I agree. Buy a M3 with a good finder. Otherwise you are talking big money for the repair.

I already have a nice M3 SS 1M+ SN I got from here, just looking at the possibility of a 2nd M3 if price is right. It seems that it's not worth it I'll just shelve this idea, thanks.
