cool stuff. apart from all the color, not much has changed other than the technology since harold edgerton's high speed stuff going back to the 1930's. still amazing to look at. I am sure I am neither brave nor stupid enough to grip a light bulb whilst someone shoots a bullet through it. thanks for sharing another interesting link.

The Discovery Channel has a showed called Time Warp that is dedicated to high speed video capture of natural phenomenon. You'd probably enjoy it. I'm pretty sure one of those pictures is a screen shot from that show (the one of the boxer getting punched).
