Blue Sky Project is seeking applicants for their Artist in Residence of Summer 2010. Creative professionals of all media are encouraged to apply. Now located in Ohio, artists join together for eight weeks during the summer at the University of Dayton. Intensive collaborations between individuals happens often, as well as small group activities. The residency will end with a final exhibition. Blue Sky Project hopes that the artist work will seep out and impact the rest of the surrounding community.
Projects must be open ended and engage others beyond the individual artist. Projects must also be achievable within the 8 weeks of the program as well as within a $1,000 budget, not counting the final exhibition expenses.
