Add my name to the list of those wishing him Happy Birthday. I saw him perform live in Washington, D.C. in 1965. It was the famous tour where he performed acoustically for the first half of the concert and "sold out" to perform the electric Bob Dylan for the second half of the concert. Who knew back then he'd still be performing live in concert today.
I do agree with some of the picks in the link you posted as to his best songs. "Like a Rolling Stone" is one of my favorite Dylan songs.
