Braun Novoscan 120 Scanner ($344)

I think this is basically digicam "scanner"...

From B&H "14MP 1/2.3" CMOS Sensor"

For half the money, a Epson V600 should give much better results...

1/2.3" sensor I assume is a ~1.33 aspect ratio sensor to match 645. Doing the math out of curiosity, a 14mp sensor would equate to roughly 2000 pixels per inch in the "scan" of 645. On the other side of the span of MF sizes, the larger long side of 6x9 would cause the resolution to drop to 1333 PPI.

This is an interesting product, especially for those who don't already have a digital camera, good macro lens, light source, and a good place to setup a digital "scan" system. Best suited for 645 at 2000 PPI resolution - about as good as an Epson can do.

If the scanner has a good lens projecting into the sensor, can autofocus for best resolution, and quality film holders that doesn't have film curvature issues, it could be a winner for some users, especially those focused on 645. Hitting 2000 PPI "scans" from 6x9, which would get the 645 size up to 3000 PPI, would take a roughly 33mp sensor. I don't keep up with m43 cameras which have that size sensor I believe so I don't know if something like that exists or how much more expensive that would make this product.
