Nice shots!

Since Belgium w/ regards to language and architecture is kinda related to the Netherlands, I'm seeing lotsa familiar looking scenes!

Love the colour rendering on the Epson.

I loved Bruges when I was there last year - definitely would like to go back and spend more than just a day or two.

Cheers,
Dave

I was born in Belgium and although I have now relocated, Bruges is a must on my visits to Belgium. Great architecture shots can be had.

I see that you climbed the 365 steps of the Belfort tower, it's the best way to get a feel for the city, and then lose yourself in its narrow streets.

Been wanting to go there ever since seeing the movie "In Bruges". Lovely take on the beauty of an old town. Your night canal shot is perfect.

I went to Ghent while on a business trip once, the canal was beautiful. Have to make my way to Bruges someday. (farlymac is right, the movie In Bruges, is a great film and really shows off the city.)

I was wanting to quote a few lines from the movie, but I don't think there is more than one or two that would be allowed on the forum. One of them relates to a suitable spot in Bruges for a hit, Uri recommending the alcoves. "Do you use this word - alcoves?"

Yes, but it's not a common word, since that archetechural style only caught on in seminaries and such.
