Do filters (Red, yellow, green, ...) have the same effect on a C41 B&W film
as on a "normal" B&W film ?

Ilford's XP-2 is a bit more red sensitive than their traditional films, so there is a little more separation between blue sky and clouds using no filter than with ordinary B+W films.
Of course the usual yellow, orange or red filters will increase the effect.
I don't know whether this is true of Kodak's C-41 film or not.
