Which one would you recommend?

I've spent some $$$ on Linhof cables, but that was mainly for accessing the socket on my LF lenses that are mounted on recessed lensboards.
On the Mamiya, the release socket is readily accessible, so I wouldn't debate the subject too much. Get whatever has the locking mechanism and length that you prefer (at a reasonable price) and buy two for that time when you lose/misplace/damage one of your releases.
