I downloaded the Plaubel Makina manual following this thread:
http://www.rangefinderforum.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=65059

It seems like it would be very helpful if there was a consolidated web source for old camera manuals. I don't always read manuals, but sometimes I think it can be quite helpful, especially for people on this forum who purchase old cameras. Any ideas for a way to upload the manuals to one site (perhaps a Google app/site?), or do we just need to continue relying on Google searches?

The best place I ever found for camera manuals was the Orphan Cameras website run by Mike Butkus at http://www.butkus.org/chinon/.

Unfortunately, he doesn't have everything one may look for, including your Makina, at the moment. However, I know there is an ongoing effort to add more and more manuals. I always look to that site first before I do a search anywhere else.

Most of the manuals that I have now I acquired from that website, so many that I felt compelled to make a donation to keep the site up and running.
