Cannot Upload to the Gallery

Thought I had some nice shots - or perhps the opposite!

Tried to upload to the Gallery and it seems to be a dead link!! My upload goes "round and round" and it comes out no where!

Heck, I bought a hat! I double contributed to the I/Z fund - and here it goes - I cannot upload to the Gallery to post RF pics!

What do you have to do?

I've had to hit the upload button twice to get photos to upload, but that's to threads. If I wait when it says it's uploading nothing happens. Doing it twice always works for me and it's the only way it works. I'm using Safari on a Mac if that makes a difference.

I don't think so. But if they are then I usually get an error message to that effect. In this case, it goes through all the motions of a successful upload - but no picture show up and I don't get the screen to edit and add info etc.

Cannot do it right now, Joe. I'm at work (and should be working!). It was real late last night (very early this AM) when I tried - maybe Frank G is right and the file size is too big and I was just too bleary-eyed.

Problem is, now I might be subject to the strict 24 hour clock and I just cannot stay up to 3:30 AM again! 😱

If I still have problems after I check the file sizes, I'll let you know....

Problem solved. One of the five pics was oversized (thanks, Frank G.). I had neglected to "downsize" it along with the other four.

I guess since four of the pics "conformed" I didn't get the "error message"?

Anyway, latest pics are up - five more tomorrow - then I go do some shooting!
