Canon 35mm 2.8 LTM filter/lens cap size?

Hi there,

Just bought a Canon 35mm 2.8 LTM lens and it came without a lens cap or filter. I was wondering if anyone knows what size the filter and lens cap is for this lens? I went to a camera store and they couldn't figure it out and there isn't much information I can find online. Thanks. Also, what's your opinion on this lens?

Which version -- all chrome, or black-anodized focus ring?
The former has 34mm threads or A36 push/clamp-on accessories, the latter uses 40mm threads or A42 push/clamp-on accessories.

Either version is really nice, with good resolution and moderate contrast.
