This lens arrived in the mail for me today from John. It's a late black and chrome version, and it is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you, John! I'll post results as soon as I have some.

I'm pretty much set now, for bodies and lenses.

bodies: M2, M3, Bessa R, 2x FED2e,

25: C/V f4
35: Canon f2.8, Jupiter 12 f2.8
40: M-Rokkor
50: Summicron, Canon f1.8, Canon F1.9, J-8 f2 , I-61LD f2.8, FED 3.5 (that's 6!)
85: Canon f2
90: Elmar f4
135: Hektor f4.5

In addition I have a Hexar AF, and a Kiev 4am with Helios 50 and J-12

Time to take some more pictures!

Sure sign of a sickness no doubt.

Three of them are FSU lenses (4 if you count the Helios) and in total cost me about $30.

I hope to do a formalized shoot-out with them durning July or Aug. to compare how they perform. (Something I had hoped to do during thewinter break, but never got around to.)

as i have said before, i really like that 35/2.8. of course i have the tiny all chrome version but i think they are both optically the same.

frank have you got any recent pics with the 50/1.9?

i put mine on the iv sb and am looking forward to giving it a workout.
with the lens collapsed the body/lens fits into the smallest bag i have, one for a point & shoot camera. i love it!

I really like the small size of collapsible lenses too. Nothing definitive on the Canon f 1.9 yet, Joe. This summer for sure.

can your jupiter 12 fit on your IVsb?

My J12 fits every LTM and M camera I have except the Bessa R (light baffle) and CL (meter arm).

Between the RF's and SLR's, I probably have 50 50's.

So you have a way to go before you really have to worry.
