Canon 50 1.8 and LTM/M II adaptor question

Hi,
does anyone know whether the Voigtlander type II LTM/M adptors work with this lens that has infinity lock?

Cameraquest says that the new adaptors (type II) may not mount with some infinity lock LTM lenses.

I bought two M adapters from www.fedka.com which have part of the circumference (outside edge) cut away just as Leitz adapters do. They are Japan made and cost only a little less than the CV ones.
