Canon 50mm f1.4 filter and cap

Any idea where to get a UV filter and lens cap for a Canon 50mm 1.4 screw mount? Thanks

You can use most any 48mm filter and hood for this lens. Canon also made the "S-50" clamp-on hood.

Both the very thin orginal filters and the hoods come up frequently on Ebay for much less than Leica bucks.

Also look for Vivitar 48mm metal lens hoods....photo stores in my area had lots of these for close out sale in 48 and 49 mm diameter sizes a few years ago.
