Canon Canonet QL25 pics?

Hi ppl.
I'm in the process of restoring a friend's QL25 canonet. I've never used this model.
I was wondering if there is out there someone that uses it and have some pics to share.

Oh well, i guess nobody uses these cheap cameras anymore 🙄

When my dad retired, we gave him a QL25 to try to get him back into photography. (It worked.) 🙂

If I remember it was automatic only, kind of a point-and-shoot of those days. Not really sure on that. I don't know what happened to it, but my stepmom may still have it. It did a good job on snapshot type photos. He finally admitted that it was his favorite camera of all times. This was a guy who swore he would "never go 35" kind of like some of us swear we will never go digital. 🙂

Hi,
The 28 was auto only but the 25 was a cut-down version of the other larger manual Canonets. As well as the slower Apperture it also lost the slower speeds. As far as I remember it only goes to 1/15 as opposed to 1 sec for the 17 and 19.
