Canon LTM Canon III and lenses

I have a Canon III rangefinder and F/1.9 Serenar collapsable lens that is being CLA and should be back to me in a few weeks. I'm looking forward to using the camera. My question is can I use the 35mm Jupiter lens LTM with this camera.? I know that it is not possible with some cameras like a Bessa because of the glass of the lens interferring in the camera.

Does any one on the list have experience with this camera and others lenses? Also what should I expect from the 1.9 Serenar?

no experience with that camera, sorry.
the lens should be pretty good especially after being cleaned.

if you're interested i have a very overpriced original canon lens shade for that lens.

sorry leo, it was more of a joke than not.
if you have followed my rant (awhile back) i got over excited at an auction on ebay when someone tried to outbid me for the hood. i kept the bidding going instead of shutting it down. i ended up paying 37 bucks for the hood instead of my normal 5 or 10 bucks. i usually prefer to wait for a deal.
i'd have a hard time asking for 37 bucks for a hood. (even if it is in such fine shape)

Misssed the rant, I will have to look for it. I love a good rant , it helps us through similar situations we have been in.
