Ordered the book on the 29th March and received it just over a week later on the 7th April - half way round the world to the UK!

Peter - the book is an astonishing achievement. Beautifully bound and presented, the detailed information on each lens (and version) is as complete as anyone could wish for.

Quite simply, the book is definitive on the Canon rangefinder lens era.

Not only the definitive book on Canon rangefinder lenses; but, in my opinion, one of the greatest camera technology books ever prepared. I've used my copy so much, my binding has broken. The Canon History Museum web site should be ashamed that Peter has presented far more details on Canon products than Canon itself has cared to do.
