Canon QL-17 square lens hood.

I've bought a canon QL-17 and felt a lens hood would be appropriate for the 40mm lens, originals appear to be scarce.
I found this one on &b@y so I bought it. It comes with a 48mm-52mm step up ring, hood and cap, what do you think?
(and yes it protrudes very slightly into the lower right of the viewfinder)
 
Todd. great looking lens-hood. It makes the Canon almost look like a real camera :)

Kidding, it looks great.
