Canon Snappy Q Post Mortem

I picked one of these up because the body design reminded me of the Sure Shot Zoom XL, which I consider an excellent camera. Sure enough, it has an intriguing "Foggy Corner Filter" built in that doubles as a lens cover. Unfortunately, after digging the batteries out, and opening it up, it's too far gone for getting it working again.
