I've searched far and wide... How do you get the tripod mount off of the bottom plate? I'm guessing there is a screw(s) under the ring of leatherette but I don't want to remove that if I don't have to. Mine seems loose (the tripod socket thingy)...:bang:

there's a couple screws (maybe three?) under the leatherette.
