I have recently bought this meter. It seems accurate. Has anyone got one, heard of the maker or has some tips about it?
Thank You in Advance.

I have a Bower D-3B, which was or is also sold under the Capital name. It's a CdS type which works on a silver oxide cell. Reflected and incident. Accurate enough for my needs. Measures EV like yours.

I owned the last version of D1 Capital light meter, operated by PX625 battery (now used by my brother, with Kanto MR9 adapter). Now i own a Capital DB3 meter (same of D1 but operated by SR44 battery). Both are very good, simple to use, reliable, accurate.
Ciao.
