Capture One (Loses color/ B&W profile) from JFI

I shot several shots in raw and converted them using the JFI B&W profiles. They look good on my screen; however, when I upload them to a photoshop for printing they lose the color profile or should I say they regain color. They become color photos again. This happened on more then one developers website. Any idea what is happening?

If you save them as jpegs, the color info should not be there after conversion. I send my JFI conversion to photoshop for more work and have never had any problem.

Well its not there when I look at it on my computer but when I upload it to a third party it somehow cam back.
