Just purchased this case from Ebay for $45. Item was shipped from Japan and it took 3 weeks to arrive but it's the best case I've seen so far. You can wear on your belt or with neck strap. Camera fits snug with small pocket for SD card. DMW-CG3.

I purchased a Lowepro LC 1N which I carry with me every day with the GF1/20mm lens in case anything pops up.
You can put in your jacket pocket, wear it on your belt, or attach a neck strap to the LC 1N. There is an elastic web at the top to put in a spare memory card if you like. The price was $11.00 dollars and works great!
