You might be surprised at the number of servo's that have been selling on eBay lately so some people still use them..
 
I've seen those Reflex Nikkors go for almost as much as what this whole group sold at. Somebody got a steal. I wouldn't mind having one of those servos just for the gearhead cool factor.
