Ciesta Insert Large/Medium For Domke F2/6?

I have a Domke F6 Ruggedwear bag. I see there is a pretty nice insert by Ciesta. I was wondering which insert works best with the F6? Large or medium? Same for the Domke F2.

Anyone have the combo and care to comment? Pics would be nice!
