I was amazed to see Citi-Bike being installed right in front accross from the halfway house formally known as "The Parole Transition Institute" just around the corner from where I live on 100th Street and Third Avenue.
A second Citi-Bike is also being installed on 97th Street by the Islamic Cultural Center of New York.
Anyways the bounds of 96th Street has been crossed. Just want to say that back in the 70's there use to be $20.00 street walkers on 85th Street on what is now the Upper East Side.
Going above Gracie Mansion got sketchy fast. Anyways it will be interesting to see how all this plays out.
