There's one in Zürich for US$27, but you'll get killed on shipping. It's obviously a rarity, with only four copies on abe.com.

Are those copies in English? I have a German version, which came in the package with my CL. It's interesting, but most of that interest is trying to work out the translation. Don't lose sleep over not owning it.
