Greetings. First-time poster here. I've become smitten with oddball rangefinders. I'm excited about a Fujica V2 that I bought mail-order from Goodwill bundled with a Mamiya/Sekor 1000DTL.
Sadly, as fetching as the V2 is, the shutter is stuck. One blade sort of quivers when I depress the shutter button but it doesn't open. I think the aperture may be stuck at its widest position, too. (I can't see any change when I rotate from f1.8 to f22.)
A quick search of the forum here revealed previous posts from V2 owners who were ready to try some DIY shutter work. I don't think I'm brave enough. Any suggestions on a repair person or shop who might be able to rejuvenate my V2? Thanks.
