My grandfather gave me the Petri 7 he bought in 1960 while he was stationed in Korea. Everything seems to be in pretty good working order, but it needs a lot of TLC to get all the gunk out and resurrect it to an actual working camera. The light meter seems OK still, so that's a bonus. The shutter fires now and the, and the shutter speed ring is really hard to turn.
Anyhow, has anyone fixed one of these before, or is there someone who specializes in fixing this kinda camera? I'd really love to get it back to working shape since it was so important to my grandfather. It's also a great, convenient little camera.

I would think anybody who works on leaf shutter cameras could clean the shutter.

If you don't mind shipping the camera somewhere, you could try the Classifieds section (want to buy) here on RFF. I have had several cameras repaired that way.
I have never heard of a Petri specialist, but a leaf shutter is not that complicated - if you have a local repair guy it should be no big deal to have it fixed.
