Classifieds Issue

I was doing a couple of test ads in the classifieds section last night, and I noticed that selecting bold or italic didn't actually change the final price. I accidentally submitted a couple of ads for my R-D1 with gibberish in the description, but obviously didn't pay for either of them. I now see they both showed up in the classifeds anyway.

Is something up with the ad submission system? I assume the two gibberish ads shouldn't have been approved without payment. Also, shouldn't a bold or italic title increase the price?
