Collapsible Summicron pricing

I ahve noticed that the going prices for C. Summicrons is much lower in the USA than here in Europe. Rover is currently selling, what looks like a good lens to me, for 300$ which again to me seems awfully cheap. I have seen other offers too within the 250-300$ range.
Is this lens not appreciated in the US ?

For B&W I find this is the best lens to be had (my subjective opinion) .

Around $300 seems pretty average in the states for the coll. 'cron. Dunno why exactly.

i have seen them go for less than $200 on ebay it all depends on condition and timing
