The LHSA just shipped me the complete (1968-2004) set of Viewfinder issues on one DVD. This is 37 volumes of fascinating information to a Leica collector. Since my primary interest is in Canon RF's, I immediately printed out the complete series of articles on lenses by Randoll Hooper. I had only owned a partial set of the paper issues. This was a member benefit for this year (Thanks to the directors), and will be offered to new members as a benefit. I don't know if there will be a cost involved, but the set is of considerable value. A collection of original issues would be difficult and expensive to put together. The only things missing are a few photos that had a possible copyright problem.
All the volumes are on the disk as PDF files, making them easy to read and easy to print individual pages for reference. Everybody who was somebody wrote articles for this quarterly, and the number of pages on the collectible cameras and lenses is unbelievable.
I'd advise anyone with a serious interest who is not already a member, to at least investigate the website of the society for details.
