Complete Voigtlander lineup for Nikon S

I had the 35/2.5 on a Kiev 5 and loved it. I have the 50/1.5 & 21/4 in LTM and both are stellar lenses. If I found any of them 1) clean and 2) affordable I'd happily get them for my S4. The biggest problem with all of them is clean as all of them are succeptible to haze.

All are excellent.

Getting the Heliar 50mm 3.5 in S-mount is also the best way to shoot it on Leica M (with an Amedeo 50mm only adapter).

Indeed, watch out for haze.

I had the 21 and the 50 3.5, both were very good. The 50 3.5 is unbelievable sharp, my only issue was the depth of field was too great for my liking, but it is to be expected with a lens that starts at f3.5.

Best,
-Tim

I don't know if this counts: You can mount the 15mm and the 12mm with Nikon F mount to the rangefinder with an adapter, also from Voigtländer.

I am really enjoying the 21/4

Just grabbed a 21/4 SC Skopar off of Eprey for a stupid cheap price (no box, no finder, canon front lens cap - I already own a CV finder so no biggie there 😉 ) I'm a happy camper.

The other one that tempts me, if I ever find it clean _AND_ cheap enough is the Nokton 50/1.5 as I own it in LTM and it's a lovely lens. I don't _need_ it between my 50/1.4 and my Helios 53/1.8 but it would still be lots of amusement.

One can never own too many 50mm lenses 🙂
