Contax G2 lens mount problem

Hello,

I purchased a used Contax G2 camera with the three kit lenses, the 28mm, 45mm, and 90mm. There is a problem mounting the 45mm, however, it does not lock securely into place, but can come loose just in changing the aperture setting. The 28 and 90 do securely lock in place.

Is this a known issue? I wonder if the mount on the lens has worn in such a way that it won't stay mounted.

I've owned G2 cameras in the past, so it isn't user error.

The G mount is odd, and might be prone to internal misalignment issues. At least I've had similar issues which magically resolved themselves after playing a bit with the unmounted lens...

Thanks, problem resolved. Two small pins on the lens mount were stuck, came unstuck with some fiddling.
