Courses in the UK (SE)

Hallo,

I promise after this I will create no new threads 🙂

I'm looking to do a photography course, I guess I need the company of others learning.

I live in Reading and have a car but I work so it will have to be an evening jobbie.

Can anyone recommend anything in Berkshire / near?

Try the local colleges for the city and guilds courses, I did the first two levels and found them both really stimulating for my photography.

Good luck, working with others really helps.

The courses I did were 6922 (level 1, 12 weeks one night college per week) and 6923 (level 2, three modules over a year, one night college a week)

Both these included darkroom work, the second level expanding on dodging and burning and other effects like the pseudo sabbatier effect. These do involve the writing of a work book which can be quite stressful.
