delivery delays this holiday season!

i know there is always a delay when the holidays hit but this year seems especially bad/slow!!
i ordered a bunch of little stuff, the biggest being a grip for my xe-1…ordered and shipped the end of november and they still have not arrived!

bought a used lens, shipped from new york and tracking says it will be here on the 9th. of january…that almost 2 more weeks added to the week it's already been in the system! and it's in canada already! i could drive faster!

I feel your pain….I'm waiting for a X100s I ordered. Tracking indicates delivery today but so far nothing…No updates/movements since Saturday….

Yup... It was a rough year.
Bad weather and record online sales.

It's been in the news in the US about how FedEx and UPS have misjudged the unexpected amount of online sales that apparently came in toward the end of the season. Many people, including my daughter's gift for her nephew, have been delayed.

Yes Joe, you need to work hard on your patience. You need to get up a surplus so you can give me some.

In many cases the items were delivered to the wrong address and although the tracking said "delivered" it was not.....I had 3 boxes that went to my neighbors house...all this was UPS which BTW sucks around here anyway!

Fedex tracking just got updated, not delivering until Thursday!!

Joe, what is this "patience" you speak of??

I'm still waiting for a winter parka shipped UPS on 12/23.
It just turned bitter cold and there's snow in the forecast.
