Yes, you can even charge two different types of batteries at the same time.

There was a photo of the charger and its mains unit next to the original Leica charger on the Leica Forum. The Delkin unit may be marginally smaller, or marginally larger than the Leica charger. Anyhow, there's not much difference in size between the two.

Also on that photo, you see the A/C Adapter. this plus the charger base, you're essentially doubling the size of it. All you get more, is to charge 2 batteries at the same time.

You get it for a lot less than the Leica charger also and with different plates you only have to carry one charger on trips for charging different batteries. I can now carry on charger now for both my M8 and Canon 5D.

I just got my Delkin Charger with plates for the M8 and the Nikon D300 batteries. It works as advertised, and will pack much less bulky than the original Leica charger (yuk!) together with my Nikon charger. Too bad the Delkin couldn't be more compact and in one handy plug in unit, but still, it's pretty slick.
