Icky combination. No speed increase (actually some decrease I think) and a really muddy look the couple of times I tried it. Stick to conventional films for Diafine and if you have some delta, D-76 it.
I tried Delta 100 in Rodinal 1+50 - very good tonality but increased grain, not so pleasant (unless you need high apparent sharpness) as Delta 100 in home made dual bath developer which I use almost always. See Denny Purtee's post here for formula, if interested. Negatives come out pretty good for printing on agfa rc paper. I guess diafine should give similar result. If I had diafine for my usual workflow I'd try it with Delta; though I'd not buy diafine specificaly for Delta.
