So, let's see if I got it right... The new Voigtlander Bessa III 667 costs 2250 US Dollars
(with the same money you can almost buy a Silvestri T30 and a good new lens and have shift as well as the possibility to go all the way up to 4x5 should you need it) but in order to get the instruction book you need to pay another 15 US Dollars? I would expect the instruction book to be part of the camera package. (By the way, which misterious function might possibly have a camera like the Bessa III to require an instruction manual worth 15 US Dollars?)

no, not entirely right.

of course the instruction book is included with the camera. the instruction booklet is listed separately for those wishing to read it before buying.
